This is a yarn cake that I made for my mother in law. She owns a crochet business called Yaya Yarns. The marshmallow fondant label in the center personalized the cake. It was made to look like a skein of yarn. I also bought two crochet hooks as a gift to go along with the cake. This cake is red velvet with butter cream icing.
This cake was absolutely wonderful in every way. The design was totally precious. It looked exactly like a wonderful skein of yummy pink yarn that any fiber freak would love to have in their stash. Most importantly it tasted totally amazing!
